Dental Practice Manager - West Hampstead

We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice in the heart of West Hampstead, seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our friendly and professional team.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of the practice. You'll be responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines, and supporting both our clinicians and reception team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the practice, including reception and administrative functions. Lead, motivate, and develop the practice team, fostering a positive and professional working environment. Ensure full compliance with NHS and CQC requirements. Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgets, reporting, and monitoring KPIs. Deliver an excellent patient experience, from first contact at reception through to treatment. Utilise and manage practice software (Dentally) to ensure accurate records and efficient workflow.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to balance operational efficiency with a warm, patient-focused approach.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (or similar senior role within dentistry). Strong understanding of NHS dental guidelines and compliance. Reception and front-of-house experience within a dental setting. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Financial awareness and experience with budgets and reporting. Proficient in Dentally software.
Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 18:00 Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
