Are you a confident and experienced Dental Practice Manager ready to take the lead in a thriving, high-performing practice? We're looking for a capable, driven manager with at least 1 year of dental practice management experience to join our busy, multi-chair dental practice in Putney.

This is not a beginner's role -- our practice is fast-paced, dynamic, and requires a manager who thrives in a leadership position, guiding a large and skilled team while ensuring the highest standards in patient care, compliance, and performance.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Practice Manager Strong knowledge of NHS guidelines and systems Solid understanding of CQC compliance and UK dental regulations Confident leadership and team management skills Proficiency with Dentally software (or similar) GDC registration preferred but not essential Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritise efficiently, and lead with professionalism and positivity
