? Core Responsibilities
?I. Strategic Management & Financial Performance
?
Commercial Leadership:
Direct the practice's financial strategy, including advanced budgeting, expenditure control, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustained
profitability and market optimisation
. Focus on high-value treatments, including

Business Development:
Formulate and execute strategic plans for patient acquisition, retention, and service penetration, maintaining the practice's elite market position and
increasing business value

Brand Representation:
Serve as a key representative of Freshdental at high-profile external engagements, including industry
award evenings
and professional
socials
, enhancing the practice's reputation and network.
?II. Operational Excellence & Compliance
?
Regulatory Assurance:
Maintain uncompromising adherence to all CQC regulations, clinical governance, GDPR, and health and safety protocols. Lead all audits and inspections.

System Optimization:
Oversee the integrity and efficiency of all practice management systems and administrative workflows to guarantee seamless patient and clinical pathways.
?III. Staff Development & Culture
?
Talent Cultivation:
Establish and lead structured, advanced training and mentorship programmes dedicated to the comprehensive
professional and personal development of staff
. Be known for delivering measurable improvements in team capability and career progression.

Performance Leadership:
Conduct regular performance reviews, manage high-level recruitment processes, and maintain a high-performance culture defined by a rigorous
