Lead a High-End Private Dental Practice in One of London's Most Prestigious Medical Settings
The Dental Chambers Kensington is a
busy, two-chair, fully private dental clinic
located within The Medical Chambers Kensington, a large, well-established medical centre.
We deliver
high-value private dentistry
, including complex restorative work, general dentistry, orthodontics and advanced treatments, supported by
modern digital equipment
and an experienced clinical team. Our patient base includes discerning UK and international patients who expect outstanding service at every touchpoint.
We are now seeking an
exceptional Dental Practice Manager
to take full operational control of the practice and help drive the next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a
hands-on management role
with real influence over performance, patient experience and profitability. You will be trusted to run the practice and drive performance. This role would suit an experienced private practice manager who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a high-performing, patient-focused clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Take senior operational responsibility of a
busy private clinic
, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
Leadership, motivation and performance management of admin, nursing and clinical teams
Optimising appointment utilisation, diary efficiency and patient journey
Oversight of
high-value treatment coordination
and services offered
Responsibility for CQC, GDC, GDPR and HR compliance
Managing suppliers, equipment servicing and stock control
Driving growth through:
Improved conversion of treatment plans
Patient experience enhancements
Process improvement and efficiency
Acting as the senior point of contact for patient concerns, maintaining a premium service standard
About You
Proven Dental Practice Manager
(private practice experience strongly preferred)
Commercially minded with a track record of improving performance or systems
Confident leader who enjoys accountability and autonomy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of Dentally and private dental workflows
GDC registration preferred (occasional clinical support helpful but not essential)
Comfortable working with
high-net-worth / international patients
