35,000-40,000 + performance bonus | Full-time | On-site | One late evening (to 8pm)

What You'll Lead



Operations & Compliance: Together with our head nurse to maintain CQC standards, HTM 01-05, NHS contracts, audits, policies, risk assessments, and action plans. Team & Culture: Recruitment, onboarding, rotas, 1:1s, appraisals, coaching, and building a positive, accountable culture. Patient Experience: Front-of-house excellence, complaints resolution and a consistently smooth patient journey. Performance & Finance: Capacity planning, chair-time utilisation, clinician productivity, staff costs Growth & Reputation: Support marketing initiatives, nurture referrals, and champion reviews/feedback to keep standards high.

About You



Experienced: You've managed a busy dental practice (mixed NHS/private) and can evidence uplift in performance and patient satisfaction. Compliance-confident: Strong working knowledge of CQC, HTM 01-05 and NHS processes. People-first leader: Fair, calm, and approachable--able to set standards and support people to meet them. Commercially aware: Comfortable with KPIs, budgeting, and turning data into action. Tech-savvy: Competent with dental PMS (e.g. Dentally) and Microsoft office/Google Workspace.
