Job Description

We are a well-established dental practice seeking a Dental Practice Manager to work alongside the practice owners in supporting the smooth running, organisation, and ongoing development of the practice.

The role is offered on a part-time basis. However, candidates who work full-time and are interested in applying are encouraged to do so, with scope to support the practice more widely.

We welcome applications from candidates with a patient-first, practical approach to working within a busy dental environment.

Key Responsibilities



Working in partnership with the owners, the Practice Manager will take a lead role in:

Practiceplan administration

Staff rotas, CPD tracking, and holiday management

Referral management, ensuring referrals are tracked, followed up, and managed efficiently

Banking processes and income reconciliation

Supporting the practice's social media presence and Google reviews

Working with the owners on staff appraisals, performance discussions, and development planning

Leading monthly staff meetings, including agenda setting, actions, and follow-through

Assisting with the organisation of servicing and supplier communications

Supporting practice growth and operational improvement

Stepping into surgery to cover sickness absence if required

About You



A qualified dental nurse (GDC registered) with a desire to grow and develop yourself professionally into a management role

Ideally with post-qualifications in Sedation and/or radiography, or with a desire to develop these skills

Enjoy working collaboratively

Be organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility with support

Value high professional standards

Have an interest in improving how a practice runs and contributing to its long-term success
