We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining the financial health of the practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a professional healthcare environment, ensuring smooth and efficient practice management.

Responsibilities



Supervise and support dental practice staff, including receptionists, dental assistants, and hygienists Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Handle human resources tasks such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development programmes Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement Liaise with dental practitioners to coordinate patient treatments and clinic activities

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience within a healthcare or dental setting Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to healthcare environments Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in healthcare practice management is essential Professional qualification or certification in healthcare management is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,500.00-34,000.00 per year
