Key Responsibilities
Champion exceptional patient care from first hello to follow-up
Lead compliance and governance with confidence and precision
Manage finances smartly--budgeting, reporting, and resource optimisation
Streamline workflows to keep the practice running like clockwork
Inspire and support the team--recruitment, training, and development
Drive marketing and social media engagement as we expand into private services
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager, ideally in NHS settings
A proactive, organised, and emotionally intelligent leader
Strong understanding of compliance, finance, and operational excellence
Passion for patient care and team development
Comfortable with digital tools and social media platforms
Looking for a part-time role in a supportive, community-focused environment
