We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory and management skills, with a focus on financial management and human resources. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of patient care, and fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all aspects of the dental practice, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to policies.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking to ensure the practice's profitability.
Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
Maintain compliance with health regulations and industry standards to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
Foster a positive team culture by promoting collaboration and effective communication among staff members.
Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to ensure a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with dental professionals to optimise patient care and treatment planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting is essential.
Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively.
Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Previous veterinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, an understanding of healthcare practices is beneficial.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients alike.
