Dental Practice Manager - Oakley Dental, Manchester

Oakley Dental is a private, 4-surgery practice based in Prestwich, Manchester, looking after patients from Prestwich, Whitefield, Bury, and surrounding areas. We've been around since 1995 and have built a strong reputation for high-quality cosmetic dentistry and for supporting nervous patients with genuine care and compassion.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to take the lead on the day-to-day running of the practice. We've got a brilliant team in place, what we need now is someone who can support them, help us grow, and keep things running smoothly.


There's real potential to make your mark here. The practice has huge scope to grow its Ortho, Endo, and Implant services, areas where there's demand, but still plenty of room to develop. We're looking for someone who can help us build on that potential and take the lead in driving patient growth in a way that fits with our values and clinical standards.


With the right approach, there's a real opportunity to shape how the practice grows and to make a visible impact from early on.


You won't be doing it alone. You'll have the backing of our Director of Clinic Support (DOCS) and our "Three-Legged Stool" model, which focuses on team engagement, patient experience, safety, and performance. It's a practical, people-first way of working that keeps things balanced.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and supporting the team to create a positive, motivated culture Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and scheduling Managing performance metrics, P&L, and helping with local marketing Keeping the patient experience smooth, safe, and high quality Working closely with the Marketing team to develop the practice's services and grow the patient base

Who We're Looking For

Someone with at least 2 years of management experience in the dental sector A confident,

commercially aware mindset

with solid understanding of KPIs and financials Organised, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with the team A practical leader who's solutions-focused and gets stuck in when needed
