Dental Practice Manager - Ripple Dental Care (Edinburgh New Town)

Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week

Salary: 30,000 - 34,000 per year

Ripple Dental Care is a modern, forward-thinking dental practice located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. We provide high-quality NHS and private dental care in a state-of-the-art setting, with a growing patient base and a passionate team.

We are seeking an organised, motivated, and people-focused

Dental Practice Manager

to lead our team, support the smooth running of the practice, and help us deliver excellent patient care.

What you'll do:

Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with regulations and NHS/private requirements Lead and motivate the dental team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment Oversee reception, patient onboarding, and complaint resolution Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers Support HR processes including recruitment, training, and performance management Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, and patient communications Work with the principal dentist and management team to achieve financial and operational goals
What we're looking for:

Strong background in

management, healthcare, or customer service leadership

Dental practice management experience is

advantageous but not essential

- we welcome applicants from other sectors with transferable leadership skills Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Confidence with digital systems (experience with practice software such as Dentally is a bonus, but training provided) A patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care
What we offer:

Starting range: 30,000 - 32,000/year (for someone newer to dental but strong in management/leadership)

Experienced in dental practice management: 32,000 - 34,000/year (depending on performance)
