We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental practice management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing excellent patient care while managing staff and financial operations effectively.
Duties
Supervise and lead a team of dental professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and compliance with health regulations.
Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and invoicing to maintain the financial health of the practice.
Handle human resources responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and practice performance metrics.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure quality care is provided to all patients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting is essential.
Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and manage costs effectively.
Experience in human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Familiarity with veterinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
