College Road Dental Care is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our busy mixed NHS and private practice in Rotherham.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the practice
Manage compliance (CQC, NHS, GDC) and support the dental team
Monitor performance, budgets, and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in dental practice management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of dental software (SOE, Exact, or Dentally)
