We are seeking a full time
Dental Practice Manager
to lead our practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of NHS & private dentistry.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of dental professionals, fostering a high-performance, patient-focused culture.
Ensure strict compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of patient care, experience, and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Manager, ideally in a dentistry setting.
Knowledge of a dental reception
Knowledge of CQC compliance, dentistry regulations, and industry best practices.
Exceptional organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
A passion for patient care combined with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
