We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and people-focused
Dental Practice Manager
to provide senior leadership across our busy, multi-clinician dental practice and integrated Wellness Centre.

directly to the Practice Owner
, and is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, accountability, and leading from the front.
The Role
You will have responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the dental practice and Wellness Centre, providing
clear, consistent leadership and accountability across the whole team
. Working closely with the Practice Owner, clinicians, and wellness professionals, you will play a central role in shaping the culture, performance, and future direction of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice and Wellness Centre
Lead, support, and motivate a multidisciplinary team including 5 Dentists, 3 Dental Therapists, nurses, reception, and wellness staff
Foster a harmonious, respectful, and inclusive team ethos across all departments
Coordinate staff, recruitment, appraisals, training, and performance management
Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDPR, HTM 01-05, and all regulatory requirements
Oversee the patient journey, handling queries and complaints professionally
Monitor KPIs, budgets, targets, and financial performance across services
Support clinicians and wellness professionals to maintain high clinical and service standards
Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and patient experience
About You
Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential)
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and lead a harmonious team ethos
Strong leadership, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident using dental practice software and reporting tools
Thorough understanding of compliance, governance, and inspections
Proactive, calm under pressure, and highly professional
