Langmans Dental is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our friendly, close-knit teams across two well-established dental practices. The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring our patients receive excellent service and our team feels supported and empowered.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the clinical and front of house teams
Inspiring a cohesive and motivated team culture by promoting transparency, collaboration, and professional excellence among all staff members.
Managing staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes
Managing compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, BDA Good Practice and all regulatory standards
Leading staff meetings, and managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction, address patient concerns and complaints
Tracking patient recalls, open courses of treatment, and debt recovery
Conducting/overseeing audits and presenting findings to the team
About You
You'll be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ideally, you will have:
2+ years' experience managing a dental or healthcare practice
HR management experience
Excellent organisational and people management skills
Problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
A solid understanding of CQC compliance and dental regulations
Strong IT and administrative abilities
A genuine passion for patient care and team development
Essential Requirements:
Eligibility to work in the UK
The ability to travel between both practices (Stratford Upon Avon & Wellesbourne)
What We Offer
Competitive salary 40,000-55,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
Full-time, permanent role (Monday-Friday), 8am - 6pm
