Practice Manager

to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily practice operations and ensure smooth running of the practice. Maintain compliance with

CQC and GDC regulations

and ensure policies, audits, and staff training are up to date. Support and lead the practice team, managing rotas, recruitment, and performance. Monitor KPIs, stock, and budgets to ensure the practice runs efficiently. Uphold and promote the highest standards of

private dentistry service and patient experience

.

About You

Previous

dental practice management experience ESSENTIAL

(private setting preferred). Strong understanding of

CQC compliance

and healthcare regulations. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Confident with dental software and the treatments offered within private dentistry. Commercially aware, with a patient-first approach. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
