We are a rapidly growing, independent private practice seeking an organised and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining the financial health of the practice. The individual will accompany the principals onto a practice growth programme throughout 2026, and have access to a business mentor.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support dental practice staff, including receptionists, hygienists, dentists, TCO's and dental nurses.
Manage scheduling to optimise patient appointments and staff utilisation
Oversee financial management, including billing and invoicing
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of infection control
Handle some human resources tasks such as recruitment, training with our 3rd party companies, performance reviews, and staff development
Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Implement practice policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Support marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones
Skills
Experience within a healthcare or dental setting
Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Basic financial management capabilities
Familiarity with dental practice management software and administrative systems
Ability to communicate professionally with staff, patients, and external partners
Experience in healthcare settings is considered an advantage but not essential

Pay: 24,420.00-44,183.68 per year
