Job Overview


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the compliance and administrative duties of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the practice administration runs smoothly and efficiently. This role ideally requires dental knowledge and managing staff and patient queries.

Working with iComply and Dentally would be an advantage.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage all staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Maintaining staff personnel files. Organising the rota. Assist with training of lesser experienced staff Ordering of materials and supplies to ensure the practice is well-equipped at all times. Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain high standards of patient care.

Experience



Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting is essential. Strong team building skills. Background in human resources practices such as recruitment and employee development is highly desirable.
This role will be for 1 day per week (Friday 8.45am-5.15pm) as you will be supported by the 2 practice owners.
