The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a motivated Lead Dental Nurse to take their first step into

management. You will learn how to oversee the smooth running of the practice, inspire the

team, and ensure we continue delivering the high standard of care that our patients expect.

To help you succeed, you will also have access to the guidance of an experienced mentor with

over 20 years in dental practice management. They will be on hand as a supportive resource,

giving you the confidence and insight to grow into your new role while leaving you the space to make it your own.

What You Will Do

Oversee day-to-day operations and patient flow

Support, guide and motivate the team

Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and appraisals

Assist with financial and resource management

Ensure compliance with NHS standards and regulations

Foster a positive and collaborative workplace

What We Are Looking For

Current experience as a Lead or Head Nurse (TCO experience a bonus)

Strong communication and people skills

Confidence in planning, organising and delegating

A supportive leadership style with a focus on teamwork

Enthusiasm to step up and make this role your own
