We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities



Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment Manage patient appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing queries appropriately Maintain accurate patient records and update details as necessary Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing correspondence Prepare and organise patient files and documentation for dental procedures Liaise with dental staff to ensure seamless communication between patients and practitioners Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organised, and inviting at all times

Skills



Proven office experience with a strong organisational ability Previous administrative experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or similar programmes Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.34-13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
