About the Role:

We're looking for a

Dental Receptionist

to be at the forefront of our practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner Answering phone calls, managing appointments, and coordinating patient schedules Maintaining accurate patient records using Dentally software (training provided) Handling patient enquiries and providing information on treatments and services Managing the flow of patients within the practice, ensuring efficient use of clinician time Assisting with administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing patient accounts Supporting the dental team with any additional tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Dental Receptionist with eligibility to work in the UK A minimum of

2 years' experience

within a private dental setting Strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic approach to patient care A proactive and professional attitude with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
