Your Role as a Dental Receptionist:

Be the friendly face that welcomes and supports our patients throughout their journey Manage appointments, process payments, and handle phone enquiries Build great relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable and valued Help patients understand their treatment options in a clear, jargon-free way Handle general administrative duties such as emails and scanning

What We're Looking For:

? Strong customer service and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, diary management)
? Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
? A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
? Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently
? Front-of-house experience (essential)
? Experience in a dental or medical reception role (desirable but not essential)
