The Role

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and managing check in and check out Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination efficiently Handling incoming calls and patient enquiries with clarity and empathy Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the clinical and management team with daily operations Ensuring patient details, forms, and documentation are kept up to date

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a dental reception role Strong communication and organisational skills A calm, professional approach, even under pressure Confidence using computer systems and dental software, with training provided Someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about patient experience
