We're looking for a warm, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our lovely private dental practice!

Pay:

Competitive and above the National Living Wage - 12.75-14 ph based on experience

The Role

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of the practice - greeting patients, managing appointments, taking payments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone Managing appointments and coordinating clinicians' diaries Taking payments and processing transactions accurately Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality Supporting the dental team with general administrative tasks

About You

We're ideally looking for someone with previous dental or healthcare reception experience, though we'll provide training for the right person.

You'll also be:

Friendly, professional, and great with people Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using computer systems (dental software experience is a plus) Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
