What we are looking for

We are looking to recruit an additional front of house receptionist/patient care co-ordinator for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 8:45am - 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:45am-2pm.

Dental experience is not essential, we are happy to provide training. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and with a background in high end customer service roles

Who we are

Vitruvian Dental Studio is a state of the art independently owned, forward thinking private practice offering primarily cosmetic dentistry (Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers etc) along with general dentistry and oral surgery (Implants and oral surgery). We have an incredibly welcoming, supportive and friendly team of clinicians and nurses!

What is the job role

As patient care co-ordinator you will ensure patients have a 5experience from dealing with enquiries, scheduling appointments and welcoming and making sure patient's are happy every step of the way.
