Are you an experienced

dental receptionist

who enjoys patient interaction but is ready to step away from the front desk?

We're looking for two enthusiastic individuals to

join our established Central Dental Enquiry Team

, dedicated to managing all new patient enquiries, consultations, and bookings over the phone and online.

You'll use your communication skills, dental knowledge, and warm, professional manner to help patients start their journey with us -- all from a focused, supportive telephony environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Patient Enquiries:

Be the first point of contact for patients calling or enquiring online about our cosmetic, implant and general dental treatments.

Consultation Coordination:

Schedule and conduct online or phone consultations to help patients understand their options.

Patient Conversion:

Confidently guide patients from initial enquiry through to booked consultation or treatment, achieving agreed targets.

CRM Management:

Log all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM system.

Follow-Ups:

Keep in touch with potential patients to nurture relationships and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our clinical and marketing teams to ensure patients receive consistent, high-quality service.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute ideas to refine our processes and deliver an outstanding telephony experience.
What We're Looking For

Dental Experience:

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator (essential).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, with a warm and professional telephone manner.

Sales Mindset:

Comfortable discussing treatment options and costs, with the ability to convert enquiries into appointments.

Tech Confidence:

Experience using CRM systems or practice management software.

Organisation:

Strong time management and attention to detail.

Motivation:

Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a genuine passion for patient care.

Team Spirit:

Enjoy working collaboratively in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
