Dental Receptionist - Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced

Dental Receptionist

to join our well-established and growing practice in Glasgow.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. You'll be responsible for managing reception duties, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience

in a dental reception role (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident handling appointment bookings, patient queries, and front desk tasks Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-focused attitude with a

patient-first approach

Proficiency in dental management systems and office software (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive experience from the start Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality Handle calls and respond to patient queries professionally Process payments and assist with billing inquiries Collaborate with the dental team to support smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised reception area Carry out additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Previous dental reception experience is
