Dental Receptionist

, ideally with a

dental nursing background

, who is ready to move into a front-of-house role.

This position is perfect for a qualified dental nurse who enjoys patient interaction, understands clinical workflows, and is looking for a new challenge away from chairside nursing.

The Role

Front-of-house reception role in a

busy 6-surgery practice, supported by a second receptionist.

Welcoming patients and delivering an excellent first impression Managing appointments, recalls, and patient enquiries Liaising confidently with clinicians, nurses, and management Handling payments and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using your clinical knowledge
What We're Looking For

Qualified dental nurse (GDC registered or previously registered) Previous reception or strong patient-facing experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident, professional, and calm in a fast-paced environment A team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care

4-day working week
