We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure we achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at Obex Dental.
To be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service to ensure that all patients have a pleasant and efficient experience from first to final contact with the practice. You will contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the non-clinical aspects of the practice with particular focus on patient care, administration, and clinical compliance.

Knowledge and experience
Experience of working in a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential
Experience in a health care setting is beneficial

Education and qualification(s)
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
