Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our experienced team on a Part Time basis.
We are a busy Private practice and have been serving the local community of Grayshott for over 35 years. Our wide range of treatments include specialist periodontal and endodontic services.
Ultimately, our aim is to provide a healthy, confident smile and continuity of care that comes with building lasting relationships. We have been accredited with The British Dental Association's Good Practice Award to reflect our commitment to high standards of care.
What we're looking for:
A friendly addition to our team, who is able to work well under pressure and ensure tasks are completed and to an accurate and high standard. Responsible for handling patient enquiries and full diary management. Our front of house are paramount to the overall service our patients have come to know and appreciate and it's essential the new recruit is equipped with excellent communication skills and able to resolve any issues should they occur.
This is a part time position and hours will be discussed and confirmed at interview stage.
Ideal candidate would have customer /patient service experience and be able to learn new softwareware as an experienced IT user.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Hindhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
