Your Role

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will:

Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Support patients before, during, and after their appointments Manage appointment bookings and clinician schedules Answer telephone calls and respond to emails and social media enquiries Register new patients and maintain accurate dental records Process payments and ensure records are kept up to date Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager, Head Nurse, and clinical team Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

What We're Looking For

Exceptional customer service and communication skills A friendly, calm, and professional manner Strong organisation and time-management skills Confidence multitasking in a busy environment Comfortable using IT systems (Outlook and social media; full dental system training provided) A positive, proactive team player who follows protocols and policies Previous dental, TCO, or nursing experience is an advantage -- but

not essential
