We are a 2 surgery, dental practice based in Horsforth, Leeds. We are looking for a friendly individual to manage the front of house at the practice.
The main duties include
answering phone calls, emails and online enquiries.
Managing the appointment diaries for various clinicians- making, changing, cancelled appointments.
Taking payments and sending payment letters to patients where needed.
Cashing up at the end of the day.
Helping management with other reception related tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
Enjoy working in a busy environment.
Have excellent customer service skills
Be proficient in the use of computer- emails, MS word and Excel
Extra Supplement for qualified and GDC registered dental nurses.
