About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. You'll be an important part of creating a calm and caring environment for our patients while helping our clinicians deliver high-quality dental care every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner Managing incoming calls ,emails, appointments inquiries. Co-ordinating with dental assistants, hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth work flow. Supporting patients throughout their visit Maintaining confidentiality and following all dental office policies and regulations Managing patient files and ensuring records are current.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist, not essential but preferred. A positive, can-do attitude and a caring approach to patients Great communication and teamwork skills Experience with Exact-SOE is a bonus, but not essential
