Your role will include:
Welcoming patients with a professional, warm, and polished manner
Managing a busy diary with accuracy and efficiency
Handling enquiries quickly and professionally, both in person and remotely
Confidently discussing treatment plans, fees, and payment options
Upselling treatments and services in a genuine, patient-focused way
Maintaining accurate patient records
Using computer systems, dental software, and Excel efficiently to support day-to-day operations
We're looking for someone who:
Strong customer service/sales skills
Is experienced in working with high-end patients and understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and exceptional service
Presents themselves confidently and professionally at all times
Is an efficient worker with excellent organisational and strong diary management skills
Has outstanding communication skills and fluent English, both spoken and written
Is confident in upselling treatments and explaining fees
Works well independently, uses initiative, and can solve problems quickly
Proficiency in using computer systems and dental software is an advantage
Brings common sense, a team spirit, and a positive "can-do" attitude
