One Dental Peterborough is a luxury, fully private dental practice currently undergoing an exciting refurbishment and expansion. As we grow, we're looking for a

friendly, confident, and customer-service-driven Receptionist

to become the welcoming face of our practice.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Warm, friendly, and naturally great with people Confident, professional, and well-presented Customer service and sales focused (essential) Target-driven and motivated, with a positive mindset Able to stay calm and organised in a busy environment Reliable, self-driven, and excellent with time-keeping Strong in communication and teamwork Positive, calm and keen to learn and develop Someone who takes pride in their role and wants to be part of a growing, professional practice

No dental experience required

- full training will be provided.

The Role

You'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:

Being the first point of contact for our patients (in person, phone & email) Managing bookings, enquiries, and diaries efficiently Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey Handling general reception and administrative duties Helping the practice work towards KPIs and growth targets Clear communication with colleagues, clinicians and patients Maintaining professionalism and organisation
