Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal utilisation of the dentist's time.
Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially in compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatment options, and finance.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area for patients.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare, dental or hospitality setting.
Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to manage office tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to scheduling and patient management.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
