ABOUT YOU
You're a people person with a warm, professional manner
You're organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy environment
Dental or dental reception experience
You have strong customer service or front-of-house experience (hospitality, retail, healthcare or similar)
You're confident using computers and learning new systems
You take pride in delivering excellent service and making patients feel valued
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive first impression of the practice
Managing the front desk, answering calls, and handling patient enquiries with professionalism and care
Booking and coordinating appointments efficiently
Maintaining accurate patient records using dental software
Supporting patients with paperwork and payments
Working closely with practice Manager, clinicians and the wider team to deliver a seamless patient journey
