endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery treatments

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a

warm, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist

to join our expanding team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and referring practices, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient journey.

The Role

As a Dental Receptionist at Shiraz Endodontics, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting the wider clinical team. Your duties will include:

Welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Managing incoming calls, emails, and referrals efficiently Booking, confirming, and managing appointments for specialist clinics Handling patient enquiries, consent forms, and correspondence Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records Updating and maintaining patient records using

SOE dental software

Liaising with referring dental practices and external providers Supporting clinicians and dental nurses with administrative tasks Ensuring reception and waiting areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming Assisting with compliance, GDPR, and CQC administrative requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, calm, and confident when dealing with patients Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A clear and professional communicator, both verbal and written Confident using (or willing to learn)

SOE dental software

and Microsoft Office Able to multitask and remain composed in a busy specialist practice Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
Previous experience in a

dental or healthcare reception role

is desirable but not essential -- full training will be provided.
