The Role
Managing patient enquiries in person, by phone and email
Booking appointments efficiently and accurately
Managing diaries for clinicians
Taking payments and discussing treatment plans where required
Ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day
Supporting the team in a busy, friendly practice environment
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience working as a Dental Receptionist
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Confident, friendly and able to manage a busy front desk
Well-organised and professional in appearance
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Please Note
This role is not suitable for dentists
, foreign-qualified dentists, or applicants on IQE/ORE pathways

dental reception experience
