About the Role

As the

Receptionist / Front of House

, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients -- ensuring every visit to Radiant Dental begins and ends with a warm, professional, and positive experience.

You'll help manage the smooth running of the practice, support the clinical team, and maintain excellent communication with patients both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival Manage appointment bookings and scheduling through

Dentally

(training provided) Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally Process payments and maintain accurate patient records Support the dental team with daily administrative tasks Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and welcoming Promote the practice's services (such as Invisalign and cosmetic treatments) where appropriate Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism

Requirements

Previous experience in a

dental or medical reception role

(preferred) Proficient in IT and comfortable using software systems (experience with

Dentally

is an advantage) Excellent communication and organisational skills Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable and committed to providing outstanding patient service

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
