Dental Receptionist

Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our welcoming dental team in Walton-on-Thames. Our practice provides a mix of NHS and private dental care in a modern, supportive environment where patient experience is our top priority.
Working hours:
Monday - 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday - 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Wednesday - 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Thursday - 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients with a warm, professional manner Managing appointments, diaries, and patient records using our dental software system Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently and courteously Processing payments and assisting with basic bookkeeping Supporting the clinical team with general administrative duties
About You:
Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Computer literate with good data entry and administrative skills Friendly, reliable, and able to work as part of a small, dedicated team Experience in bookkeeping or customer service will be an advantage
