Warwick Park Dental Practice is a thriving, predominantly private dental practice located in a lovely part of town. Our team includes three dentists, four hygienists, an implantologist/oral surgeon, and a warm, supportive group of nurses and administrative staff. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
The Role:
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and caring receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. This is a rewarding position where you'll be the face of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage the diary efficiently
Handle phone calls and emails, directing them as needed
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Support management and complete general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
Well-presented and confident in welcoming patients
Highly organised and able to multitask effectively and think independently
Comfortable using computer systems
Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information and payments
Strong communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
Dental experience is not essential - full training will be provided
