The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Dental Front of House Officer

to be the cornerstone of our patient experience. This crucial role is responsible for ensuring every patient interaction is positive, seamless, and reflects our commitment to excellence. You will be the first point of contact for many, playing a vital role in building and maintaining strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

World-Class Patient Journey:

Be the primary driver in creating and maintaining an exceptional patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, is positive and efficient.

Patient Engagement & Reviews:

Proactively encourage and facilitate Google reviews from satisfied patients, with a minimum target of one new review per day.

?

Recall Management:

Implement a structured and proactive approach to patient recalls, ensuring timely communication and scheduling to maintain continuity of care.

?

Treatment Course Follow-ups:

Systematically contact patients with open courses of treatment to ensure they are progressing as planned, addressing any concerns and scheduling subsequent appointments.

Communication & Responsiveness:

Manage all patient inquiries, emails, and communications promptly and professionally, ensuring a response within 24 hours.

?

Compliance & Administration:

Maintain meticulous attention to detail in completing and following up on all compliance logs and administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to practice policies and regulations.

Reception & Administrative Support:



? Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.

? Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.

? Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing clear and helpful information.

? Process patient registrations and update records accurately.

? Manage patient billing and payment processing.

? Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Qualifications & Experience

? Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.

? Proven track record of achieving customer service or engagement targets is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
