The Role

We're seeking a Dental Sales Consultant, a confident closer with real experience in private dentistry or orthodontics, who knows how to turn interest into commitment. You'll guide patients through transformative smile journeys, build trust, and convert consultations into treatment starts. This isn't a front-desk role, it's high-performance dental sales, combining empathy, education, and influence to help patients say yes to treatment that will change their lives

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting in-person consultations with new and existing patients. Building deep emotional rapport and uncovering true motivators for treatment. Presenting treatment plans and finance options clearly and persuasively. Handling objections with confidence and empathy. Closing high-value treatment plans and consistently hitting conversion targets. Working closely with clinicians, treatment coordinators, and marketing to deliver a seamless patient journey.

Who You Are

Experience in dentistry is essential, ideally as a TCO, treatment advisor, or patient care coordinator within a private/cosmetic practice. A natural salesperson, confident, emotionally intelligent, and driven by results. Skilled in consultative sales and patient education. Able to discuss finance confidently and handle complex treatment conversations. Hungry to grow, professionally, personally, and financially
