Sales Enquiry Handler
to help convert warm leads into booked consultations.
This is a key front?end sales role, perfect for someone personable, energetic and driven by targets, momentum and great conversations.
About the Role
In this fast-paced, commercially focused role, you'll be the first voice new patients hear when they contact the practice. Your goal?
Turn warm enquiries into booked consultations
with pace, professionalism and confidence.
You'll handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up warm leads from our website, digital campaigns, social media and referrals. Every call is an opportunity to guide a patient, understand their needs, qualify their interest, and move them forward in their treatment journey.
This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on activity, structure and results. You'll work closely with our Treatment Coordinators and Patient Experience & Sales Manager to ensure no lead is missed, no opportunity is left unqualified, and every patient receives a premium, personal and reassuring experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Responding quickly and warmly to new patient enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email and CRM
Making 100-120 outbound calls per week to follow up warm leads and new enquiries
Qualifying approx. 250 leads per month across interest, suitability and readiness to book
Converting early interest into booked consultations or passing ready patients to a TCO
Guiding patients through early questions, concerns and expectations
Re-engaging cold or lapsed leads with structured follow-ups and campaign offers
Keeping CRM data accurate, up to date and fully reflective of the sales pipeline
Identifying patterns in lead quality, objections and conversion challenges
Working closely with the Patient Experience & Sales Manager to improve response speed and conversion performance
Ensuring every patient receives a premium, brand?aligned, 5?star experience
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a
confident, engaging, target?driven sales professional
who brings warmth, energy and commercial awareness to every conversation.
Proven success in a sales, bookings or client-servicing role in a premium, patient or client-facing environment
Previous experience in phone-based sales, appointment-setting, or premium customer service, 2-3 years minimum preferred
Strong verbal and written and digital communication skills (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Track record of hitting performance KPIs and targets, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, retail or hospitality
Communicate with pace, clarity and high emotional intelligence, able to manage follow-up processes, keep leads warm, and recover or redirect slow-moving enquiries
Experience in private healthcare, aesthetics, premium retail or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.

What We Offer
