Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Denture Technician
to join our removable prosthetics team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of complete and partial denture fabrication and is comfortable working independently to meet high standards of function, fit, and aesthetics.Key Responsibilities
Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish, including setup, waxing, processing, and finishing. Read and interpret dental prescriptions and technician work orders accurately. Set denture teeth according to occlusion principles and esthetic requirements. Process dentures using conventional heat-cure or light-cure techniques. The ability to flask dentures to be processed. Repair and reline existing dentures as needed. Maintain high standards for fit, comfort, and appearance of prostheses. Keep work area clean, organised, and in compliance with lab safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience working specifically with removable prosthetics (full/partial dentures). Skilled in all phases of denture fabrication: setup, waxing, processing, finishing, and polishing. Strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion. High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and time management. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Certification or formal training in dental technology and GDC registration are preferred.
