We are looking for a confident and caring
Dental Treatment Coordinator
to join our friendly, stress-free dental team in Glasgow. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their Invisalign and cosmetic treatment journeys, from initial consultation through to their final results, helping to take the pressure out of dentistry for both patients and the team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and support patients throughout their full treatment journey
Coordinate Invisalign consultations and treatment plans
Discuss finance options confidently with patients
Track treatment progress and help deliver a 5-star patient experience
Support with social media marketing and showcasing patient journeys online
Work closely with the dentists and Practice Manager to ensure smooth patient flow
About You
Experience in a dental or orthodontic setting (TCO or dental nursing background is an advantage)
Confident communicator with excellent people skills and a strong team ethic
Comfortable using social media to promote treatments and the patient journey
Organised, proactive, and patient-focused
Familiar with dental software (e.g. SOE, Dentally, or similar)
