As a TCO you'll thrive in a supportive back-office environment, working alongside a dynamic team of 3 other administrators on daily basis (Team of 8). Requirements:

Current or previous GDC registration desirable

Previous experience in dental clinic is a must

Minimum 3 years experience in Dental Admin and Dental Nursing required


You will be required to work 36-40 hours per week

What we are looking for:



Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with patients and clinicians in a friendly and professional manner.

Experience with managing Emails, Treatment Plans, Estimate, Invoices, and all related patient enquiries. Good understanding of dental terminology Good understanding of xrays, charting, following dentist notes and instructions Reliable and flexible. Use own initiative and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities will include:



Make appointments over the telephone and email and respond efficiently and correctly to incoming emails and calls. Handle requests for emergency consultations Register new patients and process patient information whilst maintaining confidentiality. Follow up with patients regarding their treatments and bookings Manage tasks from Dentists and Managers Process payments Oversee diary bookings for efficiency Manage Insurance claim requests and reports Follow trackers to book patients for treatments and check documents required specially with specialists. Keep track of lab works
