We're looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, fast paced practice in Carlton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in dental care.

The successful candidate will work along side the whole practice team to ensure a smooth operation and the best patient care.

What You'll Do:

Deliver an exceptional first impression to patients. Guide patients through their journey, building trust, rapport and confidence in their treatment choices. Use visual aids, before-and-after photos, and testimonials to present treatment options. Support the dentists by managing treatment plans, financial discussions, and consents. Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes and ensure patients are followed up. Manage your own diary and stay on time with appointments. Celebrate patient milestones and gather testimonials to promote our practice. Contribute to internal marketing & creating content for our social media platforms.

What Were Looking For:

A great communicator with excellent people skills and empathy. Someone who thrives in a team environment and wants to lead on delivering an outstanding patient experience. GDC registration or previous experience working in a dental practice is required

Pay: From 13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 31 - 39 per week
